Today I wanted to share this awesome daily fitness goal tracker printable. Being a mom and wife isn’t easy. Sometimes I feel like so many people want too much out of me that it gets hard for me to remember to take care of myself.
I made this printable to remind myself that I matter too, and I hope it helps you remember that as well.
Incase you don’t know, I have 5 boys! I had my children in a short time span. They are ages 7 (twins!), 4, 3, and 1. Having all my babies took a toll on my body and now I just want to focus on getting fit and healthy!
